Our Origin Story

From Stage to Stillness - and Everything in Between

YUMMM Wellness was born at the intersection of performance, purpose, and personal transformation.

Founder Spring Gross spent years under the bright lights of Broadway, performing in beloved musicals such as, Grease, Bye Bye Birdie, and Saturday Night Fever. As a recording artist and globally respected busker known as Spring Groove, she toured extensively sharing music in over 20 countries and across countless piazzas, concert halls, and sacred spaces. But it was offstage watching her mother navigate complex health challenges that Spring felt a deeper calling.

Determined to help her mother experience more peace, connection, and joy in daily life, she began developing bite-sized wellness practices that were simple, sustainable, and soul-nourishing. Her training as a certified yoga teacher, music therapist, and Bhakti practitioner became the foundation for what would become YUMMM Wellness: a therapeutic program rooted in Music, Meditation and Movement.

What began as a personal response to one loved one's needs has now grown into a leading wellness initiative, serving over 55 senior communities across Southern California. YUMMM Wellness is designed to meet people exactly where they are—with YUMMM Wellness compassion, creativity, and care —helping seniors and caregivers alike experience more presence, vitality, and joy.
