The YUMMM Wellness program offers a joyful and restorative experience through three simple, yet powerful elements. MUSIC, MEDITATION & MOVEMENT. This innovative, science-based program is thoughtfully designed for seniors and their caregivers in Independent and Assisted Living, Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers, as well as Palliative and Hospice Care.
With over 55 seniors communities served across Southern California YUMMM has emerged as a leading, therapeutic wellness program helping to foster connection, elevate mood, and support overall well-being through gentle engaging practices.
Music
YUMMM Wellness starts with Live Music that uplifts and opens the heart. Familiar songs spark joy, invite connection, and encourage participants to sing, play tambourine, or tap along. This active engagement sets a positive and welcoming tone that brings people together and connects them to their higher self. Whether our facilitators are one on one at a bedside or leading large groups the musical medicine delivers magic.

Meditation
With an open heart from the Music we continue into the 2nd portion of the YUMMM program with Meditation. A guided mediation soothes the nervous system and acts as an antidote for anxiety, Breath work helps to Clear the mind, These gentle practices create space to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel grounded in the present moment. It supports emotional balance and overall wellness,

Movement
With an open heart and calm nervous system YUMMM Wellness culminates with Movement. A moving meditation that energizes the body. Easy accessible chair yoga promotes flexibility, increased stamina, better circulation, and body awareness.
